๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
๐ Process Analysis and Optimization
Analyze business processes not directly related to revenue functions.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Propose and implement technical and automated (no-code/low-code) solutions to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
๐ Data Management and Quality Assurance
Monitor, organize, and maintain data integrity and quality.
Collaborate with teams such as Finance to provide analytical and organizational support.
Perform data cleaning, architecture, and governance activities.
Use tracking tools and spreadsheets at an advanced level, also in cross-functional environments.
๐ค Operations Support and Implementation
Provide technical support to Business functions for complex or non-standard configurations.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring consistency in complex processes.
Contribute to operational documentation, following Agile project management principles.
๐ Internal Tools Management and Optimization
Administer and maintain internal company tools (permissions, configurations, integrations).
Ensure that tools effectively support business workflows.
Use and manage automation solutions such as Replit, Zapier, Make, N8N (under evaluation), or other no-code/low-code platforms.
Design, build, and monitor advanced workflows within CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including hard-coded components.
๐ Dashboards and Reporting
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and tailored reports for various departments.
Produce documentation and training for correct data interpretation by teams.
โ Technical Systems Maintenance
Support internal development workflows.
Contribute to testing, technical documentation, and quality assurance.
Ensure scalability and robustness of internal systems, also through basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python).
๐ง Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in TechOps, Operations Analysis, Business Process Management, or similar roles.
Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
Experience with tools such as Replit, N8N, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Retool, or similar.
Hands-on experience with internal tools (CRM, ERP, ticketing systems) and structuring automated workflows.
Practical knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including advanced automation setup.
Analytical mindset, growth-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Agile principles and use of project management tools (preferably Monday).
Fluent English (mandatory).
Italian (a plus).
Availability in Turin (a plus, but not mandatory).

Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) and query languages (e.g., SQL).
Experience in tech environments or scale-ups.
