đ§ What youâll do (get ready for anything)
Weâre looking for a brilliant, proactive Sales Team Lead with a knack for coordination and customer success.
Sales team coordination: Structure tasks, prioritize leads, and ensure smooth teamwork.
Support your colleagues: Act as a go-to person, coach, and strategy partner for effective sales.
Build & nurture client relationships: Be the main contact for selected new and existing clients.
Consultative sales: Analyze client needs and create tailored, value-driven solutions.
Portfolio management: Own and grow your client portfolio.
Full sales cycle: Manage every stage confidentlyâfrom first contact to negotiation to contract.
Cross-team collaboration: Work with UX, marketing, and product teams to ensure our solutions are customer-focused and accessible.

B2B sales experience: 3-5 years ideally in tech, SaaS, or agency environments.
Team-oriented mindset: You love coordinating and supporting others to hit shared goals.
Commercial strength: Proven success in building strong client relationships.
Communication excellence: Clear, empathetic, and purposeful in every interaction.
Passion for accessibility: Genuine interest or knowledge in digital inclusion is a big plus.
Languages: German and English are a must.
