🔧 What you’ll do (get ready for everything)

As a Project Manager R&D, you will be the engine that drives our development projects. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and the development team to:

Backlog Management & Prioritization: You will be the guardian of the product backlog (epics, user stories, tasks), ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap and guiding the team towards correct execution.

Definition and Detail: You will structure and write epics, user stories, and tasks with crystal clarity, ready to be transformed into code by the development team.

Requirements and Validation: You will write the requirements for individual features and ensure that the implementation is faithful to the specifications and quality standards, leaving nothing to chance.

Knowledge Sharing: You will keep the product knowledge base alive and updated, making it the reference point for the entire team and ensuring documentation is accessible and understandable.

Agile Guidance: You will energetically facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning), fostering an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Active Monitoring: You will track and manage tickets related to bugs and product evolution requests, collaborating with internal teams for their prioritization and resolution.

Preliminary Quality Check: You will perform basic functional tests to verify the adherence of developed functionalities to the defined requirements and to ensure product quality.

🎯 What we’re looking for in you (spoiler: strategic thinking and hands-on approach!)

Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst) focused on managing digital products in Agile contexts.

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proven experience in their practical application.

Familiarity with project management and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar).

Ability to analyze complex problems and translate business and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for the development team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Product Manager, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and proactively, managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.

Attention to detail, an analytical approach, and a strong orientation towards problem-solving and achieving objectives.

You hold relevant certifications in Agile (e.g., CSPO, PSM) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, AgilePM).

You have previous experience in R&D environments or in developing SaaS products.

You have experience in product teams during a growth phase and know how to contribute to their development.
