DESCRIPTION
AccessiWay, the first company vertically focused on digital accessibility, is seeking a motivated and charismatic Sales Consultant to educate clients on web accessibility and guide them towards maximum accessibility by proposing tailored solutions for their needs.
We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and proactivity. We seek an ambitious person who is willing to work in a fast-evolving environment and who can think "out of the box," with a deep knowledge of AccessiWay's services, its functioning, and the regulatory context.
TASKS
Use a consultative and innovative approach to understand clients' objectives, plans, challenges, timing, and budget to guide sales
Develop new market opportunities in line with defined strategies and objectives
Constantly analyze clients' needs to identify and/or develop new business opportunities
Manage leads from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
Generate revenue to achieve the company's overall sales KPIs, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas
Present AccessiWay's services to potential clients through online meetings and demos
Strive to continually improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
REQUIREMENTS
4-5 years of experience in full-cycle sales (with experience in consultative sales)
Fluency in German (ideally C1 and above)
Good knowledge of English language
Excellent communication skills
Charismatic and passionate about providing excellent customer service
Motivated, autonomous, proactive, self-taught, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
EXTRA
Experience with major CRM platforms
Knowledge of B2B service sales and lead generation
Familiarity with the Italian market
Background in selling SaaS products
